Quarterly Licence Check Spend Report
Upload the FleetCheck Licence Assured - C1002 - Credit Spent export and the tool will break spend down by category at £3 per licence check. The Excel and PDF outputs are branded with the Barlows logo and styled for email or management reporting.

Upload The FleetCheck Export
Use the report from FleetCheck called Licence Assured - C1002 - Credit Spent.
Run it quarterly - January to March Q1, April to June Q2,
July to September Q3, October to December Q4.

Generate Professional Exports
The tool will calculate spend by category, create a polished workbook with the Barlows logo, and produce a matching PDF summary. The workbook contains just two sheets: an overview and a detailed licence-check list.
Choose the FleetCheck export and click Generate.
